Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules governing the use of LeadX and applies to all users, customers, administrators, API users, and anyone accessing the Services.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Lawful Use

You may only use LeadX for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to:

  • Privacy
  • Consumer protection
  • Telecommunications
  • Marketing
  • Data protection
  • Call recording
  • Electronic communications
  • Anti-spam requirements

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use LeadX to:

  • Break any law or regulation.
  • Commit fraud or deception.
  • Impersonate another individual or organisation.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications unlawfully.
  • Circumvent "Do Not Call" or similar registries.
  • Conduct phishing or social engineering.
  • Distribute malware or malicious code.
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the Services.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform except where permitted by law.
  • Use automated methods to abuse APIs or rate limits.

4. AI Voice Calls

When using AI voice agents, you must:

  • Ensure recipients receive any legally required disclosures.
  • Obtain consent where required by law.
  • Respect local calling hours and restrictions.
  • Honour opt-out requests promptly.
  • Avoid deceptive or misleading statements.
  • Clearly identify the business represented by the AI agent where required.

5. Customer Data

You may only upload data that you have the legal right to process.

You must not upload:

  • Stolen data
  • Illegally obtained contact lists
  • Personal information collected without lawful authority
  • Data that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Security Responsibilities

You must:

  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Use strong passwords.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Promptly report suspected security incidents.
  • Not share accounts in violation of your subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

You must respect intellectual property rights and may not use the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.

8. Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Overload the platform.
  • Attempt denial-of-service attacks.
  • Circumvent usage limits.
  • Exploit software vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with other customers' use of the Services.

9. Enforcement

LeadX may investigate suspected violations and may, at its discretion:

  • Issue warnings.
  • Restrict features.
  • Suspend access.
  • Terminate accounts.
  • Remove unlawful content.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

10. Reporting Abuse

Suspected misuse of LeadX may be reported to:

11. Changes

LeadX may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
